From the way it's broken, it appears to fibreglass which generally means it's an aftermarket kit.
99.9% of cars have plastic - impact absorbing bumpers that don't shatter.
Doesn't look like fibreglass to me. ABS plastic can crack like this, infact a colleagues fiesta did this. 99.9% of cars have plastic - impact absorbing bumpers that don't shatter.
My 2p? Looks like a Ford bumper. The honeycombe on it is too small for the above Octavia. Might be worth asking local bodyshops to look out for a silver car with its bumper missing?

Thats definitely plastic not fibreglass. If it were fibreglass there would be strands visible at the break. 99.9% of cars have plastic - impact absorbing bumpers that don't shatter.

Stu08 what car is that? i think you're on the money my friend.
It's an Octavia but it's not right - the way the crease below the vent blends into the wheel arch is wrong. In fact I can't think of any car that has such a pronounced crease actually running into the wheel arch like that; the huge majority of cars they're smoothed out before they hit the lip.

Congratulations on the most difficult "identify this car" thread though. Usually folk here can identify a car from a picture of the oil cap in 30 seconds flat.
This is true! Most cars all look the bloody same now anyway when trying to identify from a small corner of bumper
