No. This is the second car on the new JLR ally platform. The first is the XE. The third will be the gap-filler between Disco Sport/Evoqueue and RRS

Second is the XF.

Nope. Just because it's made of the same stuff, doesn't mean it's the same.

The X260 XF uses the PLA platform, shared with the XJ, FFRR and RRS. It's not the same as the smaller modular iQ(Al).

It isn't.

Why "of course it is"?

You are incorrect.

The XE, XF and F-Pace are from the same platform.

The FFRR and RRS are from a different platform.

The XJ is from a different platform again.

The new XF, XE and F Pace do share the same platform.

I don't think most people understand what a platform is. They assume the cars are the same underneath and somehow you're being short changed. I would not worry about platform sharing.

Incorrect. No one uses 'PLA'anymore anyway. I'm sure a quick google would show the d7a, d7u and D2a lineup of those products you mentioned.

Guess there's nothing too obvious. Other than the complete centre console!
