Yes ,me too ,I've seen a different E30 converted to pickup and the shape suits it well.

I saw this at a show over the summer. I had forgotten about it until this thread popped back up. The lack of rear weight made it very good for doughnuts.

called Traktors.

Isetta pickup . The flatbed isn't broken it tilts up to access the VW 1600 flat four (probably from a Beetle).

Quite a few of these have been done it seems. Found this one on Google.

I nearly bought one many years ago that had been converted. Put off by the sketchy history about the conversion (it had been through quite a few owners) I didn't in the end. Annoyingly I can't find a picture of it. Just lots of threads on Fiat Forum talking about it. It was a bright orange 899cc with the nickname "flymo" .. wonder if it still exists.

spotted at the local petrol station - not sure its really worth the effort for the load bed thats been created. Lots of mastic around the rear window too - it didn't appear to be a "professional" conversion!
