i tried to update wikipedia yesterday- i mean add accurate measurement data- but it wouldn't let me. Goffers has protection. B5 level.

Sorry, but surely you are all missing the point? ‘The Goffey Point’ could add several fingers taking Chris well into double digits at full extension. This finger point was used in TV Chris's mid eighties Top Gear 'insert shots' to help drivers locate important vehicle features such as the radio cassette player or gear selection lever.
Sadly there has been less point to Chris in recent years, to the point where Chris may need to redo the pointing.
