RF is mucho-buffetty so think it might have to be a roadster. In that funky red.
Had a sit in an RF in a showroom recently and was v impressed. Then I read about the wind buffeting issue and went right off it. Shame because it looks so good.Took my old man who wears two hearing aids out in it and even he thought it was excessive! We hadn’t driven in a convertible for a couple of years so not sure if it was us just not used to it but I’m sure it’s not, I can’t remember the boxster or the NC MX5 being so loud.

Very and they have aged really well, if had not have been for a certain little Lotus they may proved a bigger seller ?Has anyone on here driven or owned an early 90's Honda Beat ? Spotted a tired looking one in Pimlico today and now obsessing about a 63hp 3 cylinder 8,500 rpm kei car. After too many youtube videos I've come to the conclusion I need one.

Some of Jay's chat is gash, as is his driving at times, but the car is epic.

Beats came up a wee while ago. I abandoned my search. The contemporary equivalent looks fun - there was talk of a more powerful Euro version, too. Not sure if that ever came to fruition.
Never driven an RS1600, but I had a mk2 Sport followed by a mk2 Mexico when I was in my late teens, and both were fabulous to drive (though both were far from stock)... light agile, brilliant throttle response, fabulous gearbox and plenty sideways
Can only imagine the RS would be even better.
