Possibly not a great plate, but definitely rare.

I spotted this in Bath earlier today, can't recall ever seeing a legitimate US plated car on the road here before.

Often around US military bases. I don't know if there's one near Bath?

There’s some sort of CIA field office in Bristol and a few of them live in Bath. Fairford which is quite close is also taking over from Mildenhall for the USAF.

Interesting.....CIA would make sense as they're headquartered in Langley, Virginia.
