1 GL - Mercedes SL63 AMG. I googled up the reg and it was spotted (and mentioned) on here back in 2014. There was talk of it being a six figure plate. What's it worth now ?

1 FBB - Tesla Model X.

F16 STA - Ford Fiesta. I guess F13 STA would be better, but I don't know if it exists? Not on the DVLA anyway.

And I need help with this one, I don't think it's a diplomat car ? But it was on a dark coloured big BMW.
It was either, M3 D 312 or N3 D 312

confused

I might be mistaken but I believe that's their company name. Fire safety systems I think.
Unfortunate as the good FS plates usually belong to funeral directors. “Bloggs Funeral Services” etc.

A few I recall

NOB 9 was on a Mercedes I used to clean back in the 80's

SAA8 was on an e type of Ian Swift a garage owner in the West Country and Saab dealer in the day

Al18 OLX on a Polo , no letters moved but good 8OLX

222 FKK on a Ferrari ( 2 F....k)

1 LJV on a Range Rover

L79 used to be property of Barney Lovell on a Stag ( Dad of Mark Lovell , rally driver who died in an accident in USA)

DR 1 used to be David Richards of Prodrive

F1 VJM Range Rover VJ Mallya ex Force India

Many more I am struggling to recall

Nope, that format is not any variation of a UK plate. Diplomat would be ### d ###. Another option with a D in the middle would be an ROI Dublin plate, but again it would be all numbers first (the year indicator). And to confirm, STA was not issued with an F suffix, assume DVLA are still haggling with Ford!

Cheers, I've no idea about it confused I know how diplomatic plate are, but this was weird, how I wrote it.

Yeah I imagine that F13 STA as a plate would go for a fair amount, F16 STA is pretty good. It's not even on a decent Fiesta. Just a normal one with a young woman driving it. smile
