Saw 14 BL on an old Escort van yesterday. Didn't manage to get a pic but a quick google reveals it's been spotted before.

Apparently its been on the van since new, plate was £2400 plus fees 25 years ago.

What sort of nutter would have a personalised plate on their battered old Escort van?

Especially, if the plate is worth several times more than the heap of junk it is affixed to.
