The modified Minor was built by the Beardmore brothers, they've built some great cars over the years

I just can't like the rubber-bumper cars, awful.

Much prefer this wire wheel and chrome one:

I've always been tempted by these, but the interiors invariably put me off.

I'm more put off by their ability to break themselves when you look at them biggrin

It wouldn't be my DD, and I've got plenty of experience of breaking cars and bikes, and then doing inappropriate things with them

Nissan Pulsar VZR.

Never even heard of this before, but 197bhp from a n/a 1.6 is bloody impressive, and and lsd as standard apparently. However, seven grand!?

Of the two recently posted white cars, I'd have the Maserati. I expect I'd regret it for ever more though.

That won't break 10k. Nowhere near.

Have a look at BV72's BL Thread - he's offloading his if you want one.

Having seen Steve Soper leave the rest of the field for dead in the touring cars race at the Donington Historic the other week these do seem to be rather undervalued compared to other 80's stuff. I guess they don't have the cachet of anything German.

There's also the point that this is not a ready-to-drive car, it's a restoration project which hasn;t turned a wheel or had an MOT for a decade, and is likely to swallow a significant amount of money before it is back in its prime.

I still like it though. If I could afford another resto project right now it would be very tempting.

Dull colours, and an irritating leaper in an irritating place, but one owner must be pretty rare.

Doesn't say if the plate comes with it, but I suspect not as it would be worth a fair bit I'd imagine.

I agree it looks very nice and tempting but it needs a fair bit of work for it to be ready to drive on the road.
