For some reason the extremely loud TVR gets nothing but good attention apart from the odd time when I get a big bang from the exhaust on the over run and it scares people biggrin

I probably get more attention by driving top down in rain ,winter ,at night than the OTT stickers.

I had an impromptu chat with a biker at some lights recently, which was nice.

I drive a BM 2 series Active Tourer ( a 2 AT) and it really attracts attention, probably because most people recognise it as an award winning multi purpose high performance car. I was attracted to it by its RangeRover style and (almost) capabilities and BM on road performance and handling.

People just recognise it as a high-achiever's sort of car and you know that other road users respect you and view it enviously. Car choice is the best way of making your mark in the cut throat world we live in, and being one up on someone else in the car park is hugely important, especially in the industry I work in where image is so important.

1998 Land Rover Discovery 2, with a 4.6Ltr V8, Hedman long tube headers and a tiny exhaust silencer.

I normally catch people looking around for the TVR, then the look of confusion when it's a 4x4. hehe

C63 in black gets very little attention unless I'm giving the throttle a good prod, that normally turns heads. When standing in traffic I've noticed a few puzzled looks at the "6.3 AMG" wing badges.

People seem to love the Infiniti
Ever since I drove the FX50 a few years ago I have fancied owning one. Great bits of kit. To think people spend tons of money on various 4x4's from the usual suspects but overlook a 5 litre V8 in plain clothes? It's beyond me.

Audi A3 1.8 TFSI

My cars previous owner (only had it about 4 months) had the garage who sold it her (the same garage resold it to me when she traded it in) put on big ttrs replica wheels, black wind deflectors etc.. it looked a bit chavvy.

I have removed all that crap and brought the car back to stock.

I noticed when it was a bit chavvy I would get tail gated a lot more than in my old fiesta, it's like other boy racers or typical salesman in his leased TDI thinks they have something prove.
