There are several 4.5 Cerberas advertised currently and most/all look great from the adverts. There's a blue one for sale here in Essex that's been up for months and an expensive silver car with aftermarket wheels. Does anyone know anything about these or any of the other 4.5s out there? Thanks folks.

I can't help with the question but brace yourself for lots of posts asking why you want a 4.5 and how you shouldn't discount the 4.2 and six... smile

I don't know anything about this one, and it's nothing to do with me personally, but it has been a tab on my browser for the last few days as it looks in amazing condition (and is the same colour and wheels as my 4.2) cool

Definitely buy it with having had a chassis repaint??????

If you can knock 10 grand off be a more realistic price. Whilst I wish they was worth the asking price and they are going up in value but nothing near that.

That was what made me bite the bullet and get mine rebuilt, coolant weeping past the head bolts due to rotten head gaskets.

If the chassis is good though, why would you do anything else?

Something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.. If he is willing to pay 36k (or thereabouts), for it, it can't be too far off.

If your number plate screws work slightly loose then the number plate tilts downwards at speed. Chamfered spacers behind ( or dab of silicone) also helps, which were useful tips when tunnel running through London...
