Check out this luxuriously appointed gentleman's lounge? You even get a free motor car thrown in!

Er... is there an MB-savvy forumite near "Nelson, Glamorgan"? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mercedes-Benz-W124-E320-...
This is VERY tempting as a return to MB-dom.

Its about 30 degrees here all week, sun shining. What'd everyone have if they could choose one car to have with them for a weeks holiday?
I'd appreciate a nice '107 SL to pop over to the shop and grab some lunch in

Gorgeous. I'm currently classified barge hunting from a beach in Mallorca and that's top find of the day so far

Mallorca? An air conditioned Merc 280 SE 3.5. Or maybe a similarly cooled BMW Bavaria. Euro cool and all that. I was thinking 911 but I can't be arsed with sports cars anymore.

There's only one proper holiday car and that's the Suzuki SJ.Everything else is better, granted, but nothing else is holiday.
Or a Renault 4.

still on my hunt for a barge (though now looking at 10k, should there be a 10k barge thread?)
but came across this LS, leggy but not sure that matters on these tbh.

Go steady with that one. I think 1exuschamp is the guy who used to be called lexuschap. but came across this LS, leggy but not sure that matters on these tbh.

He's not called lexuschap any more because people who google lexuschap don't buy cars from lexuschap.
Make of that what you will.

He is on the forum somewhere , but I believe doesn't post much. Has always got copious amounts of lovely Merecedes in stock. This is VERY tempting as a return to MB-dom.
Freewheeler is definitely on PH; he's had some stunning metal over the years. His Lamborghini Murci in black being my highlight.

Surely a sound buy / investment with those miles. phil_cardiff said:
I'm near Nelson but don't even have Mercedes bumfluff. I might go and see that one though just to perv at the interior.
I think the fact that the owner has his address as Nelson, Glamorgan tells you everything you need to know about him. Nelson is up in the Rhondda valleys by Ystrad Mynach... A nice smoke silver 260 E here. Looks good; spec with air con and heated seats is ideal; smooth six won't set the world on fire but will make a nice travelling companion.

Tidy 500 SEL a haggle away. The "slight misfire when cold" could be trouble though. Nice spec. Sun blind.

300 E-24. Good spec and recent work.

Matching smoke silver 1 owner 62k mile 500SL R129 available too, and in thread budget. Needs bodywork but seems cheap, even if the ad is a bit thin. No airbags, not even ASR - spartan spec. But who ever would have both their W124 and their R129 in 702?http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MERCEDES-BENZ-W124-260e-...
