Spotted this on my daily walk local to my house. No idea how long it’s been there but I’m sure there’s other cars round the back as well.

I’ve been meaning to take a photo of this and post on here for ages. It is in my village on the opposite side of a river I often walk next to.

It is parked on a very steep boat ramp leading into the river and has been there on and off for the last few years. Given how much space they have (huge yard behind) why would you park it there? Must trust the handbrake!

The amount of stuff piled up there is staggering, the photos really don’t do it justice. There are old ambulances, police cars, vans, trailers, canoes, lawnmowers, narrowboats, cruiser boats and even a couple of shetland ponies milling about!

More ordinary than some of the cars posted here - but still surprising to me. Seems like the best part of £10k been parked up at least 2 and a half years.

Noticed it a few times when walking past and got curious. Y517 UOL. Passed its last MOT so unsure why it’s just stopped being used. Tyres look a bit flat and needs a good clean. Wonder why it’s not in the garage!
You must be very local to me, I'm walking by this almost daily at the moment and I've often wondered why you'd leave it outside the garage rather than in.

Burwell, Cambridgeshire. There’s not a lot spare land here as it gets snapped up by property developers whenever available, so even more surprising as the plot is probably 3 or 4 acres of concrete filled with abandoned stuff.

If anyone lives close and want to see for themselves I can give some clearer instructions on how to find it. As you can probably guess it is very tucked out the way!

I walked past their driveway this week and you can just see whet I think is an army helicopter without the rotors.

Oddly it seems to have made its way past the fence and ended up there at some point this year. It wasn't there when Google took a set of Streetview photos.

Yes, although unless you can see something I can’t, not in those photos. It’s on their driveway on the road side of the property.

There is also an Audi S8 which hasn’t had an mot for a couple of years but get moved about fairly regularly.

I can't recall, it wasn't an exciting enough car for me to take note with a view to checking its history out later.

Lightly used 320i parked up against a wall at my local garage. Last MOTd 4 years ago but didn't appear in this spot until mid last year. Flat tyres, green at the edges, mouldy interior and blocked in by other rusting hulks.

A few I used to pass on my way to work. All still there to the best of my knowledge, and the BMW and Celica haven’t moved in a decade or more at a guess.

Those 320i engines in the E9x are trouble. I had one. OH got it from a BMW dealer at 25k miles. I didn’t pay much attention. Promptly seized and died on the A41 a week later with a multitude of bonging going on, oil pressure faults and some other stuff I can’t remember. Taken back to BMW, who originally tried to argue they wanted to repair it, but I didn’t want to see it again as I had already realised the stealer had fleeced her over and it was going to be trouble, charging 12k for a 6 year old poverty spec car. It quickly appeared to me why the car had gone through owners quickly.

Put me off the 320i again at least, I’d still buy a 6 cylinder
