Incredible that there were no casualties

And on a lighter note, hands up when you think you can guess what's going to happen (you'll need sound)....

What a muppet, pity he wasn't permanently disabled and could never drive again.

That's a nasty thing to say, have you never made a mistake on a track day before?

To be fair, it is a public road that turns into a track. smile

Thanks - I forgot I was the first to post a video. I've got that warm feeling all over again.

Has anybody seen themselves in one of these clips ????

We have all been a little too enthusiastic with an overtake before....

DashCamWánker doing a punishment pass hardly covers himself in glory. What a bellend.

I don't support this.

Dreadful midsize Ford Nothing in OAP blue driven by a ditherer who can't use indicators or roundabouts and seems to operate the major controls out of all correlation with what else is happening. I think a swift and harmless overtake was probably the right course of action. Doing it on a solid white line wasn't great, but given the circumstances of the road at that point and the few inches of 'forbidden' road he used, I think we can let it slide.

I know that RaB well, that happens a LOT.
Drivers expect (I know !) that it will be a Dual Carriageway the other side of the RaB with twin entry lanes like others on that stretch.

It was once a track and now a public road! In any event, he careers across a 90 degree turn at 120mph and completely wipes out with only sheer luck standing between him and God. It wasn't your usual track day miscalculation and sideswipe of the armco.

YEAH IM GONNA PUNISH st DRIVING WITH EQUALLY st DRIVING...THATLL LEARN EM!!!!!! AND IF THEY MOUTH OFF I WILL SCREAM IN MY HIGH PITCHED MUMMIES VOICE CAMERA MATE, CAMERA, I GOT A CAMERA ....

Or just read the road and defensively anticipate other drivers actions, slotting in behind them, where you can easily see them, rather than having the idiot behind you.

"Punishment pass" hahaha. Is driving really that traumatic for some that they overthink it so?

Observation and anticipation, my instructor told me to treat every one else on the roads as a complete idiot, and the more vids I see its clear he was right. Makes you wonder at times how they ever passed a test. My son who hasnt driven for about 5 years has just taken up driving again, and first thing he done was to get a copy of the HC to brush up on things, pity others dont follow suit.
