Plus the crossover that is due to be built there, I imagine it would be great fun sand dune hopping in it.

The blue Aston in the back ground is one of 99 of the new zagato. Customer car that hasn't had it delivered yet but asked for it to be shown prior to collection. I would have asked to collect today and drive off in it.

Yes I spotted two Zagato there, but did not take any pics.

Great event, amazing number of owners turned up in their cars.

My dad used to be part of the VC10 and Hawk refurb teams that previously occupied those superhangers, so it was nice to see them being re purposed with him today now that he has retired.

Same car or similar was spotted last Sunday and pictured in the "classics spotted thread" in classic forum.

It's a 20K kit of panels on a VX220, as Michael pointed out.
Anyone know where from?????

Oooh I've got a spotted too and it's a doozy. This afternoon on the A1133 at about 2pm there was a red Ferrari 250 GT California parked up in the layby between Spalford and South Clifton, unfortunately, by the time I had dropped the family off and gone back to take photos he had gone.

I'm guessing that they were on the way to or from Horsepower at the Hall.

Indeed

Actually, I reckon a Mk 1 Lotus Cortina in the Scottish Lowlands is very fitting (Jim Clark connections type thing)

See, I always thought that the Mk 1 was legitimately termed "Lotus Cortina" because it was re-engineered at Hethel but the Mk 2 wasn't because it was built entirely at Ford's Dagenham factory.

I sort of recall the fact from an old feature in Classic Cars magazine on a Mk 2 Cortina Lotus police edition.

No photo unfortunately but I saw a unicorn of a car last Friday that I think fits the original rarities aspect of this thread; a blue E61 BMW 550i Sport in Whitley Bay. thumbup

Seen this a few times though I've never been able to get a photo until now. There's not many of these GTE's around if I remember correctly?

Thought I spotted a Vuhl 05 just outside of Guildford last night (Newlands Corner heading toward Dorking for the locals...) but having just looked at them online, I'm really not sure any more, as the back end was completely different. I'm now at a loss as to what it actually was?!
