Most likely either bought new as an investment and stored for many years before being registered, or simply imported from overseas in 2010. The same vehicle check that reveals its date of first registration also states year of manufacture as 1992. It's 100% not a fake.

I'm pretty sure I know the location of one of these that has been abandoned. It looks to be mid way through restoration at an abandoned garage, either the customer or the business ran out of funds, first few times I passed it I thought it was some old ford coupe, maybe Granada.
However I stopped one day and the windows, air intake and vacant front light gaps on the front make me think it's a DBS. It looks pretty straight and has been there for at least 2 years under a shelter but exposed at the front.
