Porsche 991.1 GT3's for sale at OPC's
Discussion
As of today there are 10 cars for sale at various OPC's
9 have Comfort Seats (only the Saphire Blue car at Bolton has Buckets a Clubsport Package)
3 have PCCB
Colours : 1 x Saphire Blue, 2 x Red, 2 x Silver, 5 x White
Excluding the Red car at Wolverhampton with 578 miles (£162k) the price range is £125k - £140k
The Sapphire Blue car has only just arrived in stock at Bolton, so it will be interesting to see how quickly it sells.
So does this sort of prove that Buckets, Clubsport, PCCB's are the cars that are selling faster and the Comfort spec cars are taking longer to sell?

I think it proves two things
- Comfort spec cars do take longer to sell
- Specialists will pay more/work for smaller margins than OPC's as there are a few Clubsport cars available outside the OPC network
There are excpetions though...my local OPC had a Comfort spec delivery mileage car which I thought was pretty fully priced at £145k but it sold very quickly. It was PTS but still I thought that was strong money.
I do think there are a fare few people that want Clubsport cars because generally it is those that have the buckets rather than wanting the Clubsport i.e. cage per se.

White was a very popular colour for the .1 GT3 and seems to be less popular option for the .2 GT3 going by people's comments on this forum with GT Silver looking like a very popular choice.
Will PTS for those fortunate enough to get this be a more desirable colour and a faster seller? And will GT Silver become the 'common' colour for second hand .2 GT3's in 2-3 years time?
I am again considering Miami Blue over Yellow (If I can't get PTS) which few seem to be talking about, but I am concerned what it will look like and ideally would like to see one before I lock down my car.

Also proves 991.1 GT3 values are definitely softening off from where they have been. - Comfort spec cars do take longer to sell

Utter rubbish... You cant get an CS spec car in the right colour for love or money, good Spec CS cars sell without being advertised thats how in demand they are currently, I cant see this changing any time soon at all, in fact when i spoke with JZM they said they can see the prices staying strongcormeist said:

Same thing I've heard from another specialist. I bought a Racing Yellow .1 Clubsport with a strong spec last summer, makes me smile each time I go in the garage let alone drive it. According to some 991.1 GT3 owners would be in despair.Regards

does not prove much imo , it proves a lot of people hate buckets and the 1st owners loads of cars were speced without as more usable cars.- Comfort spec cars do take longer to sell

just like most gen two GT3 will be speced automatics ,, manual and buckets now seems a very small amount of buyers , we get another view because we are on a car forum. even though Auto's even on here have taken over.
No different in the 991 model as it was on the 997. More cars speced at comfort at new, second hand GT3 market in general prefers CS spec with cage and full buckets. Therefore CS cars in general sell faster and sometimes at a small premuim.
Prices on both GT3s and RS 991 have softened a little but not dramatically, although plenty for sale.
