So this is out on the 8th Sept 17.
And 4 months will fly by. But the Beta may be out sooner and I hope it's not to buggy
So who is intending to buy this? will be get the normal groups together?
I for one hope so as I had so much fun on the first game. And hope this is going to be a good, if not better than the first. But it has a huge game to follow

Preordered the Limited Edition from Amazon although given the crap performance of Destiny 1 on the Xbox in terms of loading times for maps and even character/inventory screens I wonder whether PC would be better. Still going with Destiny 1, slowly. Anyone here still raiding?

The best LFG site, IMHO is the100.io.
Originally the idea was to out people into sets of 100 and by playing together they would get some regular games going. BUT games can be made public so anyone a in the site can join. A bit like reddit it has a karma system, but most people are ok.
It's by far the best site for organising a specific time for doing a raid. The other LFG sites are based on finding people right NOW to do something.
Have you done a raid? Theyre amazing iwith a good group.

Clans look useful this time - with "points" accruing to the clan and clan specific rewards (no mention of whether they are cosmetic or "real").
The long term players ended up split between the PH clan and Lewmacfeegle's "random people" clan...so we might need to organise ourselves back into 1 clan.
I think F1Gav, Glenda, and a couple of others are clan admins?

I love the banter and team-play, but it's also been good to get a break and play some other games.
I want to play D2 but I'm worried about getting sucked in again...

It was the only game in what 30 years of playing games that sucked me into them and the hours I lost. So i'm all for the second game sucking me good again
