Hopefully off to pick up something retro and interesting ( to me at least). Just a coach, the underground and a train to endure first! Fingers crossed it’s good.
Look forward to the obligatory petrol station shot

Impressively having avoided the rust monster.

In remarkably good nick for a decades-old petrol car at just under 200K miles. Could be a fun weekend car.

So do I. Very rare in that colour even when new. There were only two colour options, and the majority were brown.

Thanks, it's a 1989 Ford Probe GT Turbo.

If you want to know more about it, I know exactly as much as a quick Google will tell you.

I do like it though.

Bloody hell Woody; even by your eclectic standards, that's a left-field choice!

Well done, and we look forward to hearing more.

P.S. Good drills with the forecourt money shot.

laugh That truly is a period piece. A dashboard of its time. I can hear the plastics creaking from here!

Definitely an eccentric / fun sense of occasion to any day.

If the car still looks as good as it does in those 3 year old pictures, that would be a very nice buy.

When I tell people I'm after a new car, they ask me what I'm looking for and I tell them I won't know until I see it. If it's st, I'll get something else.

It looked cool and has a very red interior and that was enough really. I've popped up a readers wives thread for it
