Maybe. However, the red bollard, to the left, is at the entrance to the busy drive-thru. It had just been closed due to 'something technical'. The worker blocked the escape route for those expecting to use the drive-thru.

I know you are pointing out the abandoned Audi, but that is all crap parking as far as the eye can see. Verges aren't parking spaces.

Probably maneuvering access for delivery trucks, shame if an incompetent trucky inadvertantly hooked the car on his rear run under bar and dragged it off down the road.

He could ve been closer to the kerb but the vans and the other cars are the really bad parkers surely.

I can understand the logic of two of the cars (even though illegal) but what is going on in the head of the MG driver to think that parking sideways across the end of a road is OK? I rarely see one of those things being driven or parked well though, and the ones that I do are probably hire cars....

I went for a.walk with my wife, son, and grandson yesterday. The pictures start metres from their front door.

When I visit family or travel for work, it seems that in many places pavement parking is normalised. The same people never walk thier own streets anymore, they just drive.

Where I grew up on a 60’s estate in Lancashire in the 70’s & 80’s, it was standard for everyone to park with 2 wheels on the pavement so not just a recent thing. Difference being it was only ever a tyre’s width on, not half a car and back then a passenger door mirror was a rarity.

Double yellow lines, on a junction and half on the footpath all cancelled out by having hazzards on to use the cashpoint
