This one made me laugh when I looked out the window this morning.
This bay is long enough for 3 cars, the white and silver cars were parked when I went to bed so the Yaris has turned up between 11 last night and 8 this morning.

It's not 'bad parking' as it's almost within the lines, but this particular bay seems to attract people who want to park as close to the bumper of the next car as possible.

So that's what they mean by 'spacesaver' wheel.

From the local FB page for the new estate around the corner from me.
That's how some park outside my local co-op, because it's opposite the door, can't park five metres away and walk.

The the other day some ignorant twunt was preventing someone in a mobility scooter crossing the road, when I asked who was the driver as a disabled person on a mobility scooter couldn't cross the road, response was I will be out in a minute.

And yes he was definitely a really FB.

I just assumed it had been posted in the thread on the basis that the owner had parked it where unsuspecting people will happen upon the owner's dastardly crime against taste.

Or alternatively badly parked on the basis that that camouflage pattern doesn't work against a plate glass and cladding building.

Paper showed the front of car too, had the yellow parking ticket slapped on, so seems not.

All you need is a perfect storm - another driver equally dozy as her, not see the hose, and attempt to drive up.

Meanwhile, on Mumsnet.

There's a clear view that if they didn't want you to do that, then they wouldn't make them retractable or long enough.

A bit like the recent accident thread on PH stating Similar justification for driving out of a one way garage entrance.

Could be posed. Let's look at the evidence: Startled attendant, a bit too far away from the obvious pump, open door, in a hurry to take pic?, perfect framing. sidekicks inside, giggling.
