Our workplace overflow carpark. The 'space' beside the blue fiesta isn't one, and is regularly abused, but it's the first time I've seen someone park where the Ka is.

I guess being such a high end car, it needs protecting from people parking next to it. The car Park was already pretty busy and getting busier, this was right near the entrance to the store, From my observations most Nissan Juke drivers are rather fat, so they’re probably too lazy to walk.

Can't see much, but I do think it's a cover up.

I promised myself that I wouldn't put anything onto this forum (s**t parking is just so common now) but this got to me this morning.

Heating engineer arrives first - pulling across onto the path, right behind me as I'm walking the dog, all over the neighbours grass verge and all but 6 inches of footpath. The neighbours drive has been left empty for him to park on and there is plenty of space immediately opposite. I see this all the time on our road and I've never seen a contractor go to his van more than once throughout the day or remove anything heavier than a spanner from it.

Anyway, I would have left this alone if his mate hadn't then turned up and parked directly behind the van (still an empty drive and space opposite) blocking the rest of the footpath and creating a chicane for the other drivers. This caused me to walk along the road with my (deaf & blind) dog in order to get to my house.

For me it just sums up the arrogance of so many drivers we have on the road today. I'm no angel when it comes to driving but when it comes to parking I'm happy to walk a bit (or just cross the sodding road) rather than inconvenience those who are not in cars.

Sorry. Rant over.

Fairly wide route into town, no double yellows....people walking round it in the road.
