The BAD PARKING thread [vol4]
Discussion
This idiot has been parked there since yesterday morning and has created a real bottleneck on my street - Not for the first time (this van or any other). Parking is generally on the right as that doesn't block the road:
However, it's this that interests me:
No ticket on the window, it's insured (askmid) and has an MOT (apparently) - I wonder if someone has got pissed off and slapped their own clamp on it. I couldn't see what was on the clamp though...

My neighbour parks her car like that, she just seems to dump it miles from the kerb, usually at an odd angle too so it does just look abandoned. She also has this bloody annoying habit of just parking without a thought for everyone else so you get available space for 2-3 cars, she will just dump hers right in the middle thus causing parking issues for everyone else.HTP99 said:

You should try driving HGV’s running out of time looking for a lay-by and a tiny car has parked right in the middle so can’t get in either in front or behind, wwwhhhyyyyy.
Because some/many/most drivers are as thick as mince.I believe you know that, though.

You can never tell what the sequence of coming and going is in these situations. The blue car could be innocent. What you can't see is there are clearly marked spaces. You can't see because the line is concealed by the front wheels.
