Quality parking at a stty (but tasty) food eatery.

2 spaces taken, overhanging into the road!

The overhanging the road bit is probably due to the plank in the opposite space parking too far forward...though of course it would be very easy to have got fully into the space if they weren't overlapping

Popped over to MB World on Sunday for a look around. Very nice to see one of these in the metal but shame the owner is utterly terrible at parking. Straddling two bays, probably on purpose and then about 2ft from the front of the space!

Pardon my ignorance in these matters, but is that type of car exempt from having to display a front number plate?
As for the car allegedly landing on the tracks at Stirling station, the only way I’d believe that is if I was standing on the platform and saw it happen.

Not exempt, but on the vanishingly small chance the owner gets pulled up for it, I believe it's generally a £100 fine, but max is £1000.

Not the end of the world for someone with the readies to buy a CGT.

Nor is there’s much chance of it happening as we have an entirely absent police force and a criminal justice system made entirely of papier-mâché.

Why is it so hard to believe?

This is what gets me - it happened. Why do people find this so difficult to accept?

I could try to outline why I don’t believe it, but it would read like a short story, just write me off as a cynic, a doubting Thomas if you will, and move on to other stuff.

So you think the news reports are fake? If so why would they fake it?

Im sure you can let us know in a couple of lines rather than a story.

Those RR’s can look so good in the right colour scheme.
Sadly, that seems to be the worst looking one I’ve ever seen.

I often wonder why if bikes don’t have front plates why don’t cars?

Have a look at some pictures of older bikes, the front number plates were basically a blunt vertical edge , not very pedestrian friendly in an accident.

Referred to bacon slicers but doesn’t answer the question.

On the vast majority of cars there is plenty of room to mount a front plate and they are mounted nice and flat , easily read from the front and not dangerous. There is no reason for cars not to have one.

If you go to the Daily Record website you can watch the video of it being recovered. If that doesn’t prove it’s real then I doubt nothing will.

Looks like they did more damage to it during recovery than occurred when it crashed frown
