Slow drivers != good drivers, otherwise those who don't drive would be the best drivers in the world.

Tooting while yielding is like saying hello every time you walk into an empty room. Unless you're a special case... a nutcase.

It seems to be forgotten that pedestrians are not always 100% fit with perfect vision and hearing.
