I. Then there's the alleged roof chop the Primera's had, I forget which driver claimed this, apparently they needed a new door so tried to fit one off a production car only to find the production door was a few inches too tall!
That was the TWR era Rovers I think?
I'm pretty sure the story I heard was Matt Neal's Primera in late 99. Will try and find a source but I guess there's a lot of hearsay! - Edit - All I can find are references to an article in Evo by (or interviewing) Tim Harvey.

There were probably a few of them at it, I thought that it was the Mondeo?
The Volvos got sold to a team in Australia they the story goes they needed a windscreen so popped down to a local Volvo dealer bought one from a standard car went to fit it AMD found its something like 4 inches to tall.

Jack Sears' Ford Galaxie.

A bit before my time, but I just love the concept of racing something as big and unruly as these.

My wallet, credit card, pension pot and deeds to the house have been locked out of my reach by Mrs SB because it's now for sale!

Sold today at Goodwood for £471,900 including premium. Scary.
