He looks like a well built company director biggrin

Exclusive colour? Don't think that will worry too many prospective buyers.

Someone needs to get TGE to wrap his the same colour lol.

It looks like he built it himself and he started off with a Peugeot 206 and half way through decided he wanted a sports car

C'mon guys, give us something new.
Yawn - we get it.
If it's not a Fiat group product you slag it off.
Anyone would think you work for them.

Respect to the guy for doing something different. Cant say it's a colour I would choose but it makes an exciting car to look at! Perhaps a darker shade of pink/purple would look more fitting for the car.

With all that being said... I'm not in the position to be buying a McLaren so I'll say no more.

I'd like exclusive use of Allegro Brown please.

After all these funny colour of browns that have now become popular, the original Allegro brown still stands tall. It's an honest brown that means you never have to clean your car, a classic hue.

This is where British Leyland went wrong, if they had a spec ops team lets loose on the Princess or Ital they would not have gone downhill.

They could have even stuck an A+ sticker on an A series engine, that sort of thing.
I think the colour is Leyland Maple Brown. It featured in one of those cocky/sneery ads for a classic car insurace company in one of the print mags recently. You know; "This isn't just green, this is Napier Irish Racing Green".

I'm a big McLaren fan, and I've even painted a couple of cars purple in the past. But that colours not for me.

My first was a Smart car that had the panels repainted the same colour as Jay Kay's Lamborghini Diablio in that Video. The other one was a Caterham R500. No digital photo of the Smart, but I stumbled across the R500 for sale a few years ago at a Lamborghini dealership. Odd because the colour is Lamborghini Viola Ophelia. I wonder where the R500 is now?

It's certainly different! The white leather looks a bit poor around the centre console though.

I'm not seeing it. So, a custom paint colour, and upholstery? OOh, so special.
Call me back when somebody orders something that's actually different from the off the rack Mclaren.

They started off so strong with the X-1. Marmite at best, but it was actually different, and they haven't done a damn thing besides fill a paint gun since.

That is a very unfair comment. The X-1 was a one off commission that cost nearly £3 Million. Strangly there are not a huge amount of customers in the one off commisioning market. Even Ferrari who have been around for over 70 years have only done a few so give them a break

Sorry, the guy specified a lairy colour and white leather and that's considered "special", an example of how far MSO can go? Bizarre.

I actually like that.

"the most demanding customer requirements" - Does that mean they would build a RHD P1?
