Why? It's space efficient and neat. At least unplugging a bag and clipping in a new one (if they have the right valves/connectors) is easier than using a funnel and risking spillage?
Having to go under the car and mess about with clips every 4 or 5K?

No chance.
4 or 5k ?? The Eloys fluid only requires a top up every 37.5k miles... And it's a dealer only repair procedure, as Eloys fluid is horrible stuff...
Eloys fluid is really nasty stuff... I wouldn't want it in a place where I might spill some on myself at all.

It's not unknown to leak either and create nice toxic puddles on your driveway/garage floor.

I wonder if a nearly-empty adblue tank will become part of the used car buying experience, along with the obligatory running-on-fumes fuel level? hehe
And don't forget the "aircon just needs a regas" smile

Good going OP, hope everyone else can sleep soundly tonight beer

Nice one! It needed quite a bit of topping up too!
<reaches for charging cable>

Seriously, Citroen should at least get the instruction manuals right.
We have a diesel VW with Adblue. Cheapest supply seems to be ebay. If it was in a special wee bag it'd be main dealer only.
Also I've never even heard of that weird DPF fluid until reading this thread smile

Whats the point of it being in the cabin. We find when we fill our vans, the blue hose leaks round the bottle. Albeit we buy in 25 ltr drums. And the stuff goes chrystaline everywhere on the floor and needs to be done every 3 to 3.5k miles too. Its not a clean process. Also keep the bottles out of sunlight and any bottles which show chrystals at the bottom of the pot, do not use. You have been warned !!

How dear is that Eloys fluid?? And this is off ebay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/291908491623?chn=ps...
Or if you want to just have a litre at a mere £50:

Ad says it's not just PSA cars that have this stuff but Fords too.

It has come time to add Adblue to my Citroen C4 Picasso Grand, but on looking under the offside 3rd row, where the manual and the net says I should find a screw cap under a hole in the lining is...... nothing! eek
Just a plastic surface of what I presume is the Adblue tank! Those dozy French workers have forgotten to put a cap on. Gods alone know how it was filled on the production line.
I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow but in the meantime, any suggestions?
I have only 200 miles before I can't start it,and it's not helped that the dealer is a 100 mile round trip.

On another note, Glad the OP found the answer from the dealer. What a stupid situation where the handbook is wrong!

The o/h's mini has the ELOYS pissbag, it went right around 80k, took frikking ages to figure out what the dash light meant. I mean what the fk is an eloys bag right. Got one of those refill bottles of the stuff off eBay as the bag was in good shape and BMW wanted 250 quid for a new one.

Ps don't get any on your hands!!

In defence of our comrade earlier in the thread he did say 'PSA engines' not just PSA cars (so I assume Ford, Volvo, Mini etc.)

Total RUBBISH.....over all the many years I have been on the French Car Forum/Citroen Car Club and owning PSA cars I have NEVER seen any owner ask about leaking ELOYS tanks/bags.

Like all chemicals put on gloves. Refil kits for tanks are easy to use, bag system is an easy swap. 75-100K from most tanks. A tank counter reset with a Lexia (PSA interface) takes about 5 mins.
