Hi. I'm considering buying a svr next week and was after some people's views on them. Any one had any problems I should know about. Thanks

Yes, get over to there. Some strange people with SVRs but may give advice.

(Had mine for 2.5 years. Epic [and yes, I hate that] cars)

2017 Svr owner here.

Just completed a 5 hour drive from London to Newcastle - averaged 27 mpg at a steady 75-80mph

Round London town it’s predictably woeful on fuel - 12mpg

Mines just covered 2k, no issues as yet !

Love your Astons V8LM.

Good to hear that you rate the SVR.

Yes, it’s my daily drive and I never tire of it. Commute is 13 miles - and takes over an hour in the morning and 45 minutes at night (joys of driving around Nottingham). Car says it is doing around 17 mpg on the way in (12 mpg yesterday as it took 1 hour 40 minutes). Does in the 20s on a proper run.

So they are not too bad on fuel. I average about 24mpg in my Diesel so i will be changing to a SVR next year.
