Had a bit of success with social influencers, but it's been ad hoc. I.e. Swapped discount/freebies for tweets

However, as we are business to business, we are looking to investigate this further.

With this in mind what kind of influencers have you come across/follow with a bias/specialism in:

SME
Business in general
Property

It maybe that b2b isn't that popular on social media....let's face it insurance isn't sexy

I'm not sure if your counting LinkedIn as social media, but I'd say this is exactly where you want to be heading.

Look at an influencer, who is following them and are the followers likely to be your target audience? Say Lord Sugar tweeted how fast he got paid out by Acme Insurance when his Rolex got snatched in Marbella then a few readers might think to insure with Acme.

Roughly anyone under 250k followers isnt an influencer of value, over 1m well worth it (subject to above)

One client paid a Geordie Shore lady £1k to post a photo of her using his brow stencil however as the lady in question had tatto type brows it was met with ridicule in the comments.

If your serious speak to these guys for the 16 - 25 demographic - its basic marketing to the lowest common denominator but christ its making cash - http://misfits.social/our-clients/
