Got tired of fixing my old car and so treated myself to this, it's a 2017 Fiesta ST2 with (nearly) all the options ticked.

I'm loving the grunt and surprising efficiency (a genuine 40+ mpg). The chassis seems as good as all of the reviews had lead me to believe, too.

I've added nearly 1,000 miles in just a couple of weeks, it really is addictive.

Anyway, here's the car after a good clean.

The silly illuminated kickplates

The heated Recaros look a little odd but are perfect for when you're pressing on

Mountune MP215 kit for Christmas, I reckon! thumbup

Very nice - you're going to have a blast with it, they're sensational little machines. Looks the business in black too! And don't knock those illuminated kickplates, I think they're cool wink

Here's my ST3 in Spirit Blue...

Cheers, and nice car! It was either black or the blue like yours, both look great imo.

They are even more fun when you have a stage 4 @ 310 BHP smile

I've just picked one of these up too. Once I had got used to front wheel drive again, it's been a right laugh!

Got the Mountune roll restrictor arriving tomorrow, then it'll be onto the 215 kit.

The MP-215 is a nice little upgrade but don't expect too much of a difference .

For the cost of this you could get a CP2 and 230 BHP and 250 LB/FT .

Regards

Looks just like mine... except I have black mirror covers and all the originally matt black plastics have been sprayed gloss so they ALL match wink

Congratulations! I've had my ST-2 for 15 months now and done 25,000 miles. I love it! Just taken it to the peak district for a few days hooning and sight seeing. The trip there, the hooning and the trip back saw 41mpg. It's pretty damn impressive all round. Enjoy!

Another ST-2 owner here, mine is obviously faster than all the rest since it's red biggrin

I know the noises are mostly fake because they cheat a little but I just love the sound of the thing, it's not helping my fuel economy though when I just have to have my 5k rpm fix every day. I've reached the age where I'm happy having the noise in the car without attracting unwanted attention.

Think you'll find the OP has the fastest colour wink

Another ST-2 (Black!) owner checking in

Good choice. Did the fact that there is a new model/facelift have any leverage on the price? Really keen to get one myself but wanted to see if the new fiesta had any bearing on it.

I paid 14k for my ST2 with Nav and Style pack just over a year ago. I don't think you'll find one now though.

Cheers. Nope, the limited availability and favourable reviews of this model mean that you're very unlikely to get much leverage – also, I don't think the new one is expected for a little while yet.

Lovely, will be interested to hear how you rate it.

Interested in these, they look great fun. I've been looking at the best way of financing one. Any advice would be appreciated!

It wouldn't surprise me ... mine averaged 32 MPG over the two years I had it and that was purely city driving with lots of stop/start.

40-43mpg, every week!
....and it does get a heavy right foot, frequently, and, on some occasions, 1 rear wheel off the road - that's fun! cool
