I'm about to paint my new garage floor with epoxy 2 pack paint, however I'm wondering what others have done to fill the crack between the floor / wall

I don't think caulk would be the right product to use and I'm not keen on ladling a load of paint on either.

Very similar situation to what ill be in one day, when I finally get around to sorting the garage floor out. 2 Part Epoxy paint is my #1 option, but it's whether I trust the ebay packs of them. Also very keen to know. smile

Thanks but do I really need something so specialist ?

Many Americans seem to use caulk I'd rather use something better but that seems OTT

Exterior filler? I had varios cracked breeze blocks in my garage wall(not as bad as it sounds) but you could see them if you just painted the white emulsion over the top so I used this, worked perfectly, came in a tube from B&Q or Wickes.

It depends how long you want it to last. We do car parks, Ambulance bays etc etc in it. Nothing will harm it, including trolley jacks.

It's only the edge of the (new) slab where it meets the walls - I'm probably over thinking it

Try this if you're not looking for a tanking solution to keep running water out Polysulphide sealant

Apologies, will read the post properly next time.

We use a grout when setting steels onto pads, it goes off rock hard. Comes in a bag of powder, from any decent builders merchants.
