Sagging seat on 09 vantage

Ive recently noticed the back seat panels on my 09 vantage drivers seat seem to be sagging / have very little padding below them.
The seat recently had some work done to it and i wondered if its due to this.
If you have a minute could you let me know if your seat is similar. The vehicle has had 50k miles on it.
Please see attached photos detailing the sag.

Mine is the same year and the same seats, but they still look and feel new.
Perhaps the 50,000 miles might be the reason.
Could the previous owner have been, how should I say this, perhaps a large gentleman ?
Your passenger seat looks fine.
Maybe a vehicle upholsterer could improve your drivers seat.
