Sorry but Ogier was the luckiest driver in the WRC this year almost won by default as others had all the bad luck and he scraped in with a lot of mediocre performances just everyone who was challenging came a cropper - he WONT be as lucky next year..
Sorry but that's called experience. He was just clever, word class act building up the title.
Hyundai was probably the strongest car in the field and Toyota was also strong at some rallies. So Ogier picked fights that he could won.

He was 1 st car on the track, meaning he had worst position on most loose surfaces, cleaning the line. From a bad weekend, he was still able to gain good points.

He has done minimum of punctures, meaning that his lines were conservative, without too much cutting. Yet he was not lacking the pace. And when he started to really push at moments when he needet it, there were very few drivers able to follow him.

But anyway, I would give this prize to Malcom Wilson. He was legendary before, but his commitment to bring Ogier proved to be top move, giving M-sport the momentum to gain titles and stronger backing of Ford in the process

From the amount of smoke that gets blown up his arse one might assume he actually invented the EV.

Or even an affordable one.

Musk is delusional.
And a billionaire
At the rate Tesla are losing money he won't be a billionaire much longer. Spring 2018 is the tipping point for Tesla, either they deliver on the promises made or the creditors will tear them apart.

Supercars all the way.

Musk is a typical Bond villain trying to take over the world.

And as for MUSK he will either be the worlds first Trillionaire or go bust and no-one not even him knows which it will be yet.....
Ogier made is luck. That is the difference between a multiple world champion and the rest. The others have made massive mistakes when they just needed to secure points, Ogier secured the points without mistakes. Ogier won without the fastest car as well. Lets hope for the other drivers than M.sport don't produce a beast of a car otherwise the championship will in Ogier's pocket 3 or 4 races before the end of the season!
