Never mind 52 i'm 62!! and definitely not embarrassed to be scooting around County Cork Ireland in my 208 GTi. (Wife less so maybe ) I'm sure the Fiesta ST as everyone on here says. . . 'is miles better' but when not 'scooting' my 208 makes the daily commute along mainly deserted roads & a not very busy Motorway stint very enjoyable indeed and that's the point driving should be enjoyable! I really needed relative comfort, grown up looks and 'spitfire type handling & performance' when i feel like having fun. Everyone here either drives a boring sensible German diesel or some kind of SUV so you can imagine the fun I have and (mostly) the roads here a simply amazing for a small nimble hot hatch! would an ST have been better? probably but yes i might feel like a sad old git sitting in one huh. . . . . .at 'MY AGE''

51 when I got the ST and 53 now in my Megane 275. Stuff what anyone thinks and what I look like! I think I'll be enjoying driving as long as I've got blood in my veins. When I bought the Fiesta there was a 72 year old with the same attitude buying a Focus ST. Good on him, and you other oldies on here!
