Even manufacturers with very good reputations for estates have had extended periods of CBA when it comes to changing rear door frames and windows.



They simply blacked-out the window surrounds on later cars...

Yeah, the 240 benefitted from anodised window frames to disguise the bodgery, but it's a factory Volvo so forgivable...

Amazing that the metal-to-glazing ratio is too little at the side yet manages to be too much at the rear. Oh, and the rear lights don't look right built as an estate. Apart from that it's properly ugly. Top job!
