Nogaro is a Pearl Effect colour.

I always thought the RS2 came in RS Blau, not Nogaro?
When RS2 was introduced, there was no such a thing called RS Blue yet. RS2 definitely came with Nogaro Blue.

Must be the "tuition-free university education" making them come up with these crazy ideas!

Impressive stats but what’s wrong with the boring interior. Honestly who wants a crushed velvet interior from a Kahn Range Rover crossed with a vajazzle

I like how you present this without comment.

Not all tunes are created equal.

Won’t the difference be that then abt remap will be covered by the Audi warranty so any engine implosions won’t be costing anyone, except Audi (or abt) £40k...?

I read the thread https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

Personally, anyone who maps a standard car pushing over 500 bhp and blows it deserves everything they get.
No sympathy.

Never enough for some people.

700 horses in a flat pack shifter?

love it

also the pistonheads journalistic stanards continue to plumb the depths

"tuition-free university education" seriously does no one proof read any of the articles before they get put up?

RS Blue has the same paint code as Nogaro Blue, just that on the RS2 it was called RS Blue, on the B5 RS4 it was called Nogaro Blue. Same paint, different names!

I read the thread and it appears there is a some doubt as to the honesty of the poster....so that would be a no.

The dude is a well-know RS6 owner and has posted photos of his car before.

Ahh OK thanks so would this flag up if car was mapped thanks mate sorry for the questions it's just I've been quoted 40k for a new engine
joinery80 said:
Back to topic my engine has ceased and it needs a new engine. It's been in audi for two weeks and they have told me the news today and the car has been mapped and Warrenty is void. I am telling them now that it was obviously the last owner that has had it mapped. Only had the car two months

I think given that it's (presumably) LHD only, limited colour choice and "strong" interior, I'd rather have a regular RS6, and then take it an aftermarket tuner.
As much as I don't tend to worry about such things as I like to keep my cars, presumably residuals on this will laugh in the face of an aftermarket effort.
