Why are you taking this so personally?
cars are my passion and i have an opinion not personal at all, just think people need to move on with the times that all its 2018 ‘You sir, conform with the prevailing taste consensus, or be deemed a bore!’
I agree with them, the wheels could do with being a touch smaller - it’s just an opinion. It’s hardly to most crushing indictment of the car is it?
The way you’ve been kicking off at people it’s like they’ve said they’d put it on 14 inch steelies with cross ply tyres.....then use it to run over your dog!
If you disagree with them that’s fine, but a rant about them being wrong rather misses the point....
It would look better if it wasn't grey. The wheels actually look nice, but they are useless for real world driving.

MrBarry123]The bodywork looks good but the wheels are too big and therefore the tyres have to be very [too said:
low profile.
It'd look much better with wheels an inch smaller and a larger profile tyre.
That’s about right to me, they look like rubber bands so the ride and handling would be compromised imo. Alloys would last about 15 minutes on normal roads too. It'd look much better with wheels an inch smaller and a larger profile tyre.

Can’t help but like this - massive wheels and all.
I never really understood fast Audi’s until I drove an RS5 on the autobahn - top gear, bouncing off the limiter at 180 mph.
The thing was rock solid. It felt like it could do it all day. It was deeply impressive.
Although I accept, a lot less relevant for the UK.

I test drove a standard 2018 RS4 this weekend for a few hours and I have to say you would have a hard time finding a more complete one car solution on the market today. In what were terrible weather conditions the RS4 was really good fun. Huge amounts of grip but also capable of sliding the rear end if you fancied being a little bit brutal.
The usual Audi build quality, decent engine noise and really comfortable in comfort mode.
I can see an order coming on in green
