I'm sure its very capable and all, but I have about as much chance of buying one as I have of buying Elon Musk's new Falcon Heavy Lifter.

Reminds me of the old one(s). Which is nice.

Awesome! I’m going straight to the dealer in the morning to order one. Oh no wait, no I can’t.

Nice car, but mad

Another squashed Beetle rolls off the production line so you can play spot the difference.
Hardly ground breaking revolutionary stuff.

McLaren and Lamborghini seem to lead the way in terms of supercars these days.

Porsche and Ferrari, no thanks rather have a Kia

Kia. Even though they pay your wages that’s a crass segue at best. Clown.

The unavailability of these really doesn't bother me. So what if someone is speculating and trying to make £50K-70K. There are people in the world getting backhanders/preferential treatment and making far more money doing far more unethical things.

Let's be honest, they were underpriced at £130K anyway. If you have to have one, stump up the £190k+ or buy something else.

Because screwing garish body panels onto Audi R8s is real leadership.

I was definitely more excited by the 991.2 GT3 being available in manual than a minor restyle and a little more power that is all that looks to have been done here.

the closest thing to a race car you can get as a road car. As a car, this is gonna be more fun every day than the GT2RS. Unfortunately neither will be used properly

Proper dream car for me these. I'd love to use one as a daily and my only car. I could see that being a most stupidly great idea smile

I know PH loves to go on about how it's impossible to get etc but is it really? They over-allocated the 991.1 RS, resulting in many of them still sitting in the hands of the flippers (have a look at the number of those for sale in Europe), and to be fair the 991.2 GT3 was reasonably possible to get if you declared your interest in advance. Makes you wonder how many of those complaining about those cars being unavailable have actually left unsuccessful bids on the list.

Amen to that - surprisingly it seems not that many of the people who supposedly really want one are willing to do that - might have to do something with the fact that it will then depreciate (at least a little), which all of a sudden makes it not that much of a need to have item any longer

Good that you don’t own/have a new Ferrari and Porsche on order as well, otherwise all 4 of those brands would be at the pinnacle of automotive engineering. Wonder what happens once you buy a Speciale to add to the stable ....
