Am watching Broadsword calling Danny Boy again on tv.

Its fair to say I have watched it once or twice

Must be in with a good shout for the most screened/repeated film on UK tv.

Any other suggestions or an official source ?

Would think it need to be a 70's or 80's film to be the most shown.

Caddyshack ? I never see that on any of the channels. But yes Rambo First Blood must be a contender.

I think Pale Rider (another Eastwood) must also be a decent shout, although maybe that is a recent thing.

The favourites such as Superman, Jaws, Back to the future etc must be up there.

As others have said, it's almost like itv2 and five star are running their own private competition!

In other news, I've watched Expendables 3 on TV twice this month already.

True - Thunderball must be a top ten

I know a lot of war films were done to death in the seventies and eighties. I have sat through Bridge too Far, more times than I would like to admit.

Also - RED and SALT seem to be shown an unreasonable amount considering how individidually awful they are.

And I guess Transporter seems to get repeated a lot.

Yep but there are 7 of them - so individually probably not.

Demolition Man has to be in there with a shout too. There was a period a year or so ago when it seemed to be on every week.
