I totally get where your coming from but the first 3 cars were developed and built in cumbria. Reiger suspension, AP brakes, upgraded bushes all round and the standard defender final drive. Which is the main reason for the low top speed stated in the article. Which is a nice bit of history to have the company back involved with the factory.

Here's how I see it:
You could buy 100 nice houses for the price of a mega mansion in Brentwood, but what would somebody who can afford the $35m mega mansion want with 100 nice $350k houses in Maryland?
Just like you can buy 20 nice Defenders for the price of this, but what would someone who can afford to spend £150k on a Defender want with 20 run of the mill Defenders? None of us could justify spending money like that because £150k is dream car money, for the people who can afford to buy one, most of the time it's pocket change. Respect to the poster that's bought one.

In truck land two tyres bolted to the same end of an axle count as one wheel in the UK. Our American cousins, in their never-ending failure of modesty, count each tire as a wheel.
