Looks like the power cut out completely. Maybe it affected the power steering, too? That could potentially cause somebody to panic and end up skidding.

I think it's just 'cause it's a BMW - bit of gratification for the hand-wringers. The real issue in that clip is the silver car approaching the roundabout from the turn-left lane and then moving into the middle lane, thus forcing the BMW from the middle lane to the right lane.

Or perhaps the point was that his reaction to the slightly dozy silver car was to aggressively boot it, then cut up somebody else on the exit? Very much doubt the Norfolk constabulary gave much of a toss about the brand of car.

Anyway, he's a rank amateur at the art of crap driving when viewed alongside the stuntman who gets his van airborne
