I thought this too - relatively small driver error by the BMW or almost non-event albeit well done for avoiding and/or making it worst like most dash cam warriors seem to do but why the interest / relevance in the MOT?

Good job you were dawdling about.

Pretty much every video he posts show him driving in an excessively slow and hesitant manner, pissing off other road users. Not sure how this "small event turned bigger" due to a lack of MOT though, the event remained exactly same prior to and after checking the cars MOT. You have to feel a little sorry if that's how he gets enjoyment in his life .

There was a chap in a clip a few posts ago who chanted out the registration number phonetically. When his passenger asked what he was doing he just said 'Im going to check if he has tax and an MOT'.

Sure he'll have rushed home to mash one out over his clip.

Haha with the passenger laughing at him! I don’t get it though as what is he actualy going to do, goes home, checks mot, ah ha no mot! Then what? Are they going to report this outrageous driving they have captured and the fact the car doesn’t show mot? I don’t think I’d waste my own life/ have the will to be bothered!

Ha ha. Technically the van did cut him up. So that'll learn him. If Phil O was a US truck driver he'd have just driven into the van to underline the point.

It wasn't me driving, I'm just the mug who gets to post the downloaded incidents up on YouTube.
It could be a staff car, a personal car, a pool car, or even a rental car if the driver has put a camera in it (some do).
You'd be surprised how many I view and decide not to bother.

As for the MoT on the BMW, well I just wondered if the brakes are faulty! Maybe we'll know if the driver ever gets it MoT'd.

He says he uploaded it for Admiral to view. If there is anyone extremely knowledgeable about insurance here (I don't think there is after reading the cancelled insurance thread) would be interesting to hear which way they think that would go.

I feel like the DCW should be held 100% at fault.

I can't say that's anyone's fault but the DCW. Clear day, slow speeds, truck already established on the roundabout and in the correct lane.
