Why does riding with earphones in make him a tt? Agreed he does come across as one however not for that reason.

If he can’t hear the fella talking to him because he’s got his music on, how on earth can he hear and perceive what’s going on around him. I wouldn’t use headphones on a bicycle let alone a motorbike.

The Nissan is already indicating and has started his manoeuvre whilst the bike is still filtering along side the people carrier between lanes 2 and 3. At this point he wouldn't have been visible to the Nissan.

Instead of holding back and simply letting the Nissan complete his lane change, the biker then proceeds to try and shut the door by moving fully into lane 2 (and into the blind spot of the Nissan might I add) instead of simply carrying on filtering, or moving into what looks like and empty lane 3.

Biker then beeps the Nissan and gives him the finger. Biker is a typical DCW tool, engineering situations for footage.

Sounds like it. You don't need to hear while driving if you're deaf, your other senses make up for it.

I bet the blind person has the senses to help accommodate against their disibility.

There is still a difference between someone trying to overcome their disibility and someone doing something which adds to their risk for no reason.

I can't make out the signs in the first one. The road's clearly marked and he's clearly in the A17 lane. Do we know if that's the exit he takes? Third exit suggests he should traditionally be in the right hand lane.

Doesn't stop him becoming involved in one of the most avoidable crashes imaginable.
