The roundabout at 6:10 is cosham; the marked arrows (often obscured by traffic), lack of lane signage and marking of the roundabout as 3 lanes creates opportunity for rage from all directions.

The classic following the road markings to turn right at (before) the roundabout
many authorities have replaced those right arrows with straight on ones
No, just classic crap driving.

3 lane entry, so why be in lane 3 if going straight on?
Just another example of crap driving.

Because the road markings encourage it.

Yes God forbid we should show any courtesy to other drivers rolleyes

DCW was asleep - tt

People who have no patience or courtesy on the roads - tts

C-Max driver in that video - normal reasonable person
Courtesy Causes Confusion (and Crashes).

That saying was mainly conceived from the scenario in the video. It's not rude, impatient or discourteous not to stop on a main road to let someone out of a give way, it's how we agree roads work when we accept the training, testing and licencing to use them. There's a whole book full of rules for driving - just follow those, don't make up your own.

(However, also, the 2 second rule applies... the DCW should have had enough time/space to not hit the Ford - the Ford was the root cause of the crash, but it only actually happened as the DCW wasn't driving to allow for idiots.)

To a degree I'm with you. The number of 'courtesy stoppers' who fail to notice that if they and I drive on there is nothing behind us and the other car could simply have pulled out in the normal way is really rather alarming. That said, it's endemic these days, so entirely to be expected.

Dear oh dear. Was the DCW paying any attention at all? That was some terrible driving.

It doesn't matter what happens in front of you. You are supposed to be able to stop in time.

From watching all these videos it suggests DCWs must go through brake pads on a frequent basis with all the heavy braking they do (either through lack of forward observation or wilfully ploughing on into situations to make a point).

Somme people really have no fking clue, do they? Firstly, IF she really needs to stop on such a live Motorway, (debateable here), she could park her golf up against the LH barrier so basically none of it is on the motorway. They to wander back down and walk out to lane 2, on a live motorway. Stupid bint, utter fking moron.

Road surface looks damp, there are junctions both sides, it could be a crossroads, and 'SLOW' is painted on the road before the junction.

It's not as though the DCW was on a motorcycle so may've found it inconvenient to brake on wet, white paint.

The car shouldn't have stopped to let one car out, and cause confusion at the junction but then the DCW could have driven with more awareness.

Speeding is dangerous. So are junctions.

She's probably trying to be helpful. It's not her fault that some tts decided to remove the hard shoulder. Also, unlike us, she can see oncoming traffic and the degree of protection offered by the stationary lorries.

Also, she could be a doctor or nurse. If you ever get rear-ended on a motorway I hope you tell any off-duty first-responders coming to your aid that they're stupid bints and utter fking morons. smokin

Isn't the first rule in those scenarios not to put yourself at risk even to assist others as it means that the load on the Emergency Services may be spread more widely (pun intended)

The grey car looks like it's stopped/broken down and the caravan ploughs into the back of it, immediately followed by the truck ploughing into the caravan.
