This does seem to show that the driver of the camera car should have seen that the Audi was pulling out whereas the Audi driver would not have the same view.
Probably a split liability and either driver should have been able to avoid it.

There wasn't a clear view past the bus and the Audi just pulls out without even stopping.

And for you lot talking about undertaking so you lot would sit there and wait for the astra to turn. Get real.

The speed of the dash cam car is excessive for that but Audi 100% at fault.

None of that makes any difference. Looking for traffic 100 yards up the road does not mean that the road is clear where you are. The Audi driver should be done for DWDCA. Only an idiot would have stopped behind the Astra in that situation.

I can't see the Audi getting out of that one simply as a function of being the car coming from a minor road onto a major road, but the camera car's driving is pretty woeful.

Audi would have seen the stationary car and assumed nobody could get past, then pull out blind with view obscured by the bus...... It's easy to see how it happened, BUT assumption is the mother of all f**kups. Whilst it seems logical that a car would not be able to pass the obstruction, a biker would have done easily.

A biker could have easily got past the astra and been hidden by the bus. You edge out not do what most wkers these days do like that audi and just pull out.

Was not expecting that ending with the trucker getting slapped. I hope he smacked the cyclist and drove over his stupid bike. Pity it ended there but I see nobhead cyclists also clog up the roads in NL just as much as they do here.
