I find him hard to watch, bit too yoof for me.

Watched one of his videos recently in which he admitted over paying for some brake pads that were not an emergency purchase. He said it's only ten pounds.

Agree. It feels a bit like pushing his own new buisness venture, rather than taking people along with the journey, which I think is how it would have been wanted.

Also it feels like Shmee has been doing a bit of filler vids lately, which is probably a consequence of his Ford GT being delayed and delayed when he will have tons of videos lined up to do with that (which would have been planned for last month/this month when he said ford had suggested a November delivery)

I used to like him as he seemed a genuinely cool and charismatic kind of guy. Sadly that was also his downfall for me as he got picked up by GQ and various fashionable brands and it all became desperately 'lifestyle' and "Insane! I can't believe I'm spending 2 weeks on this billion pound yacht" etc.

Even his thumbnails really annoy me now, each one could come straight from an aftershave advert...

To be completely honest, this has been an ongoing saga away from the camera lens as it was originally expected for delivery in mid-November and even though at that point I had a bank of about 10 spare videos, these all had to then be published quicker than intended. Hence, it came across as a barrage of successive tuning videos followed by the recent garage pieces - normally content I'd rather spread out and disperse between different styles.

It's very much a 'first world problem' because taking delivery of a Ford GT is a really special thing, but you can imagine there's quite an over-the-top handover day planned including multiple locations, numerous special cars joining and a number of photographers and media crew. As a result, each time there's another little delay, the logistics and e-mails/calls that have to go into it have been tremendously time consuming. I wouldn't want to add up the amount of hours I have spent working on the GT handover now - let's just hope the next penciled date gets pulled off, and I know they are working very hard to make that happen.

In the mean time, coming up with 'last minute' video ideas and availability is a nightmare, particularly when the weather is totally unpredictable at this time of year. Equally I'd normally spend periods at this time in Dubai or the USA, but of course without planning those ahead of time it's a bit hard to put them into the diary and pack out a schedule during the travel dates.

However, there are a couple of fun videos over the coming week that I'm looking forward to, just hope they get the numbers to match the effort that's gone in as YouTube seems to be in a funny place at the moment for the car channels.

Anyone else getting annoyed with JWW's content? His ego is starting to take over and in today's upload he's bragging about the "£2 Million Apartment " for his new business. In the previous upload he was bragging about the (hideous) furniture he buys for his house so I guess his viewers can on Google and see how much his toilet seat costs. It's no wonder the likes of TGE call him out and claim his lifestyle is funded by his Dad. He needs to tone it down a bit and go back to his earlier content.

And btw, I find it funny how JWW pinned this comment on his latest video "Now this guy has real class and style and great content unlike TGE".

Tim / Shmee, your candid and transparent attitude is tremendous and, for me at least, makes your videos all the more accessible and authentic. It’s a pleasant contrast from the more BS end of the YouTube spectrum. Keep it up!

The problem is... he is running out of content and ideas (Like many) and is finding something (Anything) as an excuse to film.

Shmee, I have actually enjoyed your recent 'filler' style videos talking about your current fleet. I know the weather isn't great, but I'd love to see the 675 and the GT8 get an outing. Probably wouldn't be much effort to give them a razz around some country roads in a day and make some content? Maybe a brief road trip to Wales or something? You've got some special metal in that collection, and quite a few i'd love to see more of while we all wait for the Ford GT and Senna.

Amusingly, earlier in the week I have filmed a 675LT video that goes live tomorrow, with a bit of a twist. And yesterday I took the GT8 out for something quite fun that should go live on Tuesday or thereabouts.
