£1.99 a month gets you various benefits as and when he sorts them out. If just 10% of his subscribers sign up then it would net him around £35k per month. I may not like him and what he promotes on his channel, but given his audience I can see this working and working well for him.

Should be interesting to see what they come up with.
Yeah I am really interested in the E-gear to Manual conversion as its something I wouldn't mind doing to mine. Not entirely sure of why the independent throttle body mods but definitely keen to see what they do.Should be interesting to see what they come up with.

This is the same LLF that made a point about saying to camera, that as his insurers watch the channel they've contacted him as they're going to up his premium now his M4 has been modified to over 700hp. He really moaned about it and it really came across that if they hadn't of noticed, he wasn't going to declare it. https://youtu.be/Rj4QK3cEsu0

Instantly lost all respect for him. (I didn't have much anyway, the way he drives on the road and encourages others to)

I wonder if I will appear on his Instagram again?
Just looking at BifB’s numbers, everyone saying the Huracan will go crazy for him (including me!).
But just looked and the GTR is the car that has got mega views. Reveal has 4m, with another three over 1m views. I doubt the Huracan will be so popular. GTR boys be crazy
From what he has mentioned though, this Huracan is a taster for him to learn about the car for his next SEMA build. Sounds like he’s going to be doing something with a Lambo which is interesting.
Still absolutely love his 240Z (interior aside), and I’m looking forward to seeing him rework that at some point and properly spray it.

Has anyone noticed the difference in content across the pond?
Here in the UK it tends to be about brand new cars whilst in the USA there is a lot more of buying a shed or a previously damaged or stolen car and documenting the repair process.
I quite like seeing the latter and it's a shame that nobody on YouTube is doing it in the UK. Maybe this is to do with a lack of parking and general lack of space to store/work on a car?

In the US there seems to be a big DIY scene for every hobby you can think of, my uncles 'shed' is about the size of a small barn and would put a Screwfix, Halfords & small UK craft brewery to shame; his neighbours are all similarly kitted. Its a working-middle class cultural thing combined with the space to muck about most in the UK don't have. Even my friend, a computer science lecturer, has gone native and has an impressive craft beer setup, of course he made it all computer controlled but that's given him DIY cred with his neighbours.

Liking this one a lot. Thanks for sharing. These guys are almost the antithesis of car YT'ers but despite or maybe because of that it, is very good.Should be interesting to see what they come up with.

Have you not seen the 'who has the best garage on PH' thread? The UK is quite big. Here in the UK it tends to be about brand new cars whilst in the USA there is a lot more of buying a shed or a previously damaged or stolen car and documenting the repair process.

Persimmons faux garages and fking stupid flats with gyms and coffee shops in the basement will neuter what little creativity we have.crosseyedlion said:

Anyone working in media can expect their insurance premiums to take a leap. Especially if you're looking to be covered on other peoples cars and / or cars that are modified. Instantly lost all respect for him. (I didn't have much anyway, the way he drives on the road and encourages others to)

Yes but how many people do you know that have those types of garages, also compare the size of the UK to USA. Unless you are already very wealthy it is extremely expensive to acquire a plot of land to store or work on cars. flibbage0 said:

I know a few people on minimum wage who rent units/garages to store/work on projects, Cant think why you'd need to be even close to wealthyAlso, the climate in large parts of the USA is more conducive for preserving older motorcars.
I believe Freddy Tavarish only pays a couple of hundred bucks a month rent on the massive unit he films out of (and he moved to Florida from New Jersey as he couldn't afford a house with a decent sized garage there).

No flipping way. That's nuts. I believe Freddy Tavarish only pays a couple of hundred bucks a month rent on the massive unit he films out of (and he moved to Florida from New Jersey as he couldn't afford a house with a decent sized garage there).
