Unless the Lambo has an integral time machine to take it back to August 18 before the MOT ran out, we can assume it was done this Saturday during the last of the sunny weather wink

SOL has a new numberplate on order for the Lambo, NO59 MOT... biggrin
Nope - I don't think that is safe to assume. There have been plenty of sunny days.

He's only just come back from the wedding in Cyprus he mentioned at the beginning of the video.

At 30secs the video jumps to a different scene, where he starts with 'good morning guys' and he has a different t shirt, so clearly not the same day as the start of the video was shot.

Also he says 'Just before I went to Cyprus I took my Lamborghini for a drive..', he only went a week or so ago.

Either way I'm not all that bothered really, brave to risk driving it without an MoT if he actually did. You'd probably struggle to prove it one way or the other.

So just before could be a couple of days or quite a few since its a very loose comment. The other poster said it THIS clearly last Saturday, which it quite clearly isn't.

I doubt even he would risk driving it without an MOT.

You'd be doing well to pinpoint an exact provable date for a video unless there's an even or something featured that nails it down.

Besides, I find sniffing around looking up people's MOT histories etc is a bit... off, somehow.

She's not had a mention in the thread as far as I can see, but popping up in my recommended list lately is this lady, forging along with Hubnut-like vehicles:

Even if SOL's video was filmed when the car was MOT'd, it's weird for a car vlogger to not spend £50 to keep his car on the road and available to film at any time.

Rana65556 has got a new AMG GT, very nice.
Who is this guy and how has he made his money?

Aleem with a new RR Cullinan, very nice too.

Perhaps he's the Katie Price of motoring... does something controversial (driving around St Albans and Watford in a very loud car with no MOT or front numberplate, doesn't mention the Hyundai i30N once) and that's got us all discussing him rolleyes

Perhaps he doesn't think it will pass the MOT, if he's taken the CAT off, I have no idea if modified exhausts or deleting emissions limiting kit has a negative impact on the MOT... confused

Possibly the first time he’s owned an ‘old’ car that needs an MOT and he’s completely forgotten about getting a new ticket?

I very much doubt there’s anything untoward going on. Just absent mindedness like the owners of all the other cars with recently lapsed MOT’s.

He has a Project One on order as well.

I bumped into him and Misha at Quail and at the Lambo lounge where he spec'd his SVJ63 roadster. No clue what he does for a living nor do I care. I enjoy his IG content and best part is none of his cars are garage queens.

I thought this thread had moved on from inane speculation about money but it keeps on rolling.

Nothing wrong with being interested in how someone has gained success and wealth. And it's certainly no invasion of privacy if they are showing off their wealth on youtube.

I'm watching season two of fastest car on Netflix, a show with which I have a love/hate relationship. Parker makes an appearance as a contestant in one episode.

Wonder if he'll do more with Netflix in future?

Steph is/was a member of a old-cars-spotted Facebook group that I'm in - She is incredibly enthusiastic about old Marinas, Allegros etc and runs an a Mk1 Metro as her daily drive. She comes across quite natural in the videos and makes a nice change from the shinyshinyhypercarbonV12 type of videos.

She may have stolen Tims invisible fish for the thumbnail images though....

Some decent reviews recently by JayEmm, with some hints of early Top Gear style biggrin. Nice to see cars that are obtainable to most of us and not cars funded by daddy or sitting in garages unused because of limitations of that GFV.
