The cars Brabus actually manufacture are classed as Brabus and covered by a Brabus warranty not by MB.
DVLA beg to differ, it seems.HML has exactly two cars listed with "Brabus" as the manufacturer.
There's lots of photos online of a full-house-looking Brabus G-class, registered 67B. It comes back on Vehicle Enquiry as a Mercedes-Benz. As do LF61ZMU and WR14SBU, also apparently Brabus G-classes.
Looks like real Brabii are outnumbered by fakes, eh?
a) the DVLA are wrong (surely not )?
b) those cars were bought in the UK and then shipped to Brabus for modification and are therefore Mercedes as far as the DVLA is concerned (can they change manufacturer in their records?)
c) it depends on the level of mods?

That's interesting. Brabus are a homologated manufacturer so their cars should be recognised as Brabus. I wonder if:

Well, the registration of new cars is all pretty much idiot-proof, with manufacturer-supplied documentation...a) the DVLA are wrong (surely not )?

I'm glad I'll never have to worry about insuring one (or explaining to the insurance company why it says Brabus all over it if I had to make a claim ).
Anyway, while looking about for info I found out they also make a boat:
